New Dessert Recipe

Key Lime Pie
I used my limes from the Bountiful Basket pick up for this

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. lime juice (which I squeezed from my limes)
Blend these 2 things together.
add 1 t. grated lime peel
pour this into a graham cracker crust. Spread cool whip over the top.
Put in the fridge for 2 hours to set up.

We really enjoyed this and EVEN MOM liked it. This was my week 3 receipe. I will post week 2 soon.

  2. Just sweetened condensed milk and lime juice? How did this set up? Was there no cream cheese in it??

  3. No cream cheese. Mom and I were not sure on that either but it was good and worked ok.
